What the multinational companies, or government organizations, or any private sectors do basically is to store all the employee information in the paper formats and all the information will be present at same place. This whole process will lead to confusion as there is no separation between the employee details or the details of training employees and the employees who just started the training. As a result the employees will miss the opportunities which will facilitate the different departments of employees. Due to mere negligence in this process some of the employees will be on the bench waiting for their opportunities’ to come.
Organization Automation System project developed by the intellectual people to help the management of various organizations to reduce the paper work and get all the employee details as and when required.
The various companies will train the employees for the future projects or the companies will train the new employees. The details of employees will be saved in the Organization Automation System project.
The details of employees such as their pay, employee number, their department, their post and if they are undergoing any training will be stored in the Organization Automation System. The training details of new employees or students who will be joining the company later on and the already employed staff. The companies will also provide online classes for the long distance student who cannot attend the campus classes.
The student who wants online traing or campus classes will have to register with the Organization Automation System website. The admin will look after the whole process. here students will be able to select their desired subject and select the class timings accordingly
