Secured Document Mapper is a windows application using which one can manage the large number of documents in an easier and in a convenient way. All the documents will be saved in either the folder which we have created as a central repository and in the database depending upon the functionalities the user performs on the documents. Once after logging into our application user can upload the documents what ever he/she wants to saved into the repository. For that user need to browse the document and than have to give the keyword , which is mandatory , since it will be helpful during the searching of that particular document. once after browsing the folder and assigning the keyword, user will have two options namely Do not Copy and Take a back up Copy.
If we use Do not Copy option, than our application will cut the file and dump the file into the database.
If we use Take a back up copy option ,will get two more sub options namely Delete original file after copy and change file name of copied file. When we check first option that is Delete original file after copy than the file will be deleted from the source and will be copied into the destination folder(which we have created) and as well as in the database. On the other hand when we select or check the other option that is change file name of copied file than our application will change the output file name and saved the file with changed name into the destination folder and as well as into the database. While browsing the file we need to give keywords so that searching can be done fast.
