The  GmailClient or GmailClient  which we have developed is basically fulfills the needs of college system in terms of assistance, sending notices to the college staffs, students, sending the daily updates to the people of the college, sending the results to the students which can be internal exams or external exams results through our mailing system. One may think we have so many kinds of mailing system like yahoo mailing, gmailmailing and like so, but it lacks any kind of central tracking or giving the control to some one who may be head from any kind of departments, or colleges, like principal or administrator, if using gmail or other cant get the complete control on others emails account as because if using this existing mailing system than the principal or administer also has to become one of the member of this mailing accounts. So that’s means being the member itself can’t have control on other members accounts.

This central controlling of mailing system will be provided by our GmailClient wherein we have divided mailing system on the based on two kinds of users, one is Administrator and the other one is user. Administrator  will have complete control on users accounts(other than administator), complete control in the sense like administrator can change the password of the users if he wants to restrict them from login into our mailing system and like so. The one of the important feature of our GmailClient is that intranet mailing interaction can be done in an easier and in a convenient way.

A Filter is the core of the decision making in Spam Liquidator. A filter decides on a per-mail basis whether the message should be downloaded or not. A pipeline of filters is setup (yes, again setup in the configuration) and a message, which needs to be downloaded, is passed through this pipeline.

At any point of the pipeline, a filter could indicate that the message should not be processed through the pipeline anymore. For example a SPAM filter (sender based) could find a match from the list of spammers it has and reject the message.
There are two kinds of filters -- global and local. These are not an attribute of a filter itself, but rather depend on the usage of a filter. Local filters are associated to a mail drop whereas global filters are applicable to all mail drops. For example, you might want a Message-ID filter to be applicable to all mail drops whereas keep a sender-based filter only for the mail drop where you expect mail from that sender.

          A filter has the single job of deciding whether or not to download a single message. The actual decision of whether to download a mail or not is made through a sequence of filters. There can be a global set of filters as well as a per mail drop one. A mail drop represents your mailbox from which you want to download your mail.

In this project we define totally four filters. But we can define more than that number of filters as our requirements. In this project our focus is on main and basic filters like Null Filter, Sender Mail Filter, Size Mail Filter and Subject Mail Filter.

There are registered people in the system. They are real estate agents. Registered real estate agents can create/modify property portfolios. Non-registered people can also use the system to search the desired property.

3. See his/her property portfolios
4. Create new property portfolio
5. Modify an existing property portfolio.

1. A property portfolio contains details about the property like description of property, area, to be sold or to be rented, approximate price, name and details of the person to be contacted.
2. Details in property portfolio are editable except property id.
3. A new realtor should be able to register himself.
4. When a new property portfolio is created, it will be assigned a unique property id. System will generate this id.
5. System should not let unauthorized/non-registered persons to create/modify property portfolios.
6. Another realtor cannot modify property portfolio created by a realtor.
7. A prospective buyer should be able to search for the property. S/He can enter search criteria like area name, price range, sell purchase/rent etc.
